How do I book a rental property?

Simply browse our listings, select your desired dates, click “Book Now,” and follow the prompts to complete your reservation. You’ll receive an instant confirmation email once payment is processed.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours after booking. After that, cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in incur a 50% fee; within 14 days of check-in, bookings are non-refundable.

Are pets allowed?

Some of our properties are pet-friendly—just filter by “Pets Allowed” when searching. A refundable pet deposit (₹2,000) applies, and you’ll need to agree to our pet rules (e.g., no unattended pets, no excessive barking).

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), UPI, and net banking. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes—most rentals require a refundable security deposit (₹5,000–₹15,000 depending on the property). It’s held against any damage and released within 7 days of checkout if there are no issues.
